By accessing and using Nova Apply's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Service Description

Nova Apply provides cultural experiences, heritage programs, and educational services celebrating Australian Indigenous culture and multicultural heritage. Services include guided tours, workshops, events, and custom programs.

User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, respect cultural protocols, behave appropriately during experiences, follow guide instructions, and comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Booking and Payment Terms

All bookings require advance payment. Prices are in Australian Dollars and include GST where applicable. Payment is processed through secure payment providers. Confirmation is sent via email upon successful booking.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made 48+ hours before scheduled experience receive full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours receive 50% refund. No-shows are not eligible for refunds. We reserve the right to cancel due to weather or safety concerns with full refund.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content including text, images, logos, and materials are owned by Nova Apply or licensed. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

User-Generated Content

By submitting reviews, photos, or other content, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute such content. You warrant that you own rights to submitted content.

Prohibited Activities

You may not misuse our services, violate cultural protocols, harass staff or participants, infringe intellectual property, or engage in illegal activities.

Limitation of Liability

Nova Apply is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. Participants assume inherent risks in cultural activities.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Nova Apply against claims arising from your violation of these terms or misuse of services.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in Sydney, NSW.

Dispute Resolution

We encourage resolving disputes through direct communication. If unresolved, parties may pursue mediation before legal action.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice.
